I really like chakra balancing Lord's Prayer visualizing with color each chakra that ends with a somatic response. Also constant repetitive HoOponopono "Thank you" invokes calming feeling of faith and trust and ideal solution to whatever's coming up. I view both of these as managing the software that's managing reality programming, try them for yourself.
